If your mailing address has changed, please send an email to info@ythobby.com with the correct information and we’ll update our files.

Your orders will be shipped from Turkey. Same day delivery is not possible.

The payments tool currently supports credit cards and debit cards.

The payments tool uses multiple layers of security to protect sensitive payment information. The payments tool is built using IYZICO API integration to manage the secure collection and transmission of payment data. Your buyer’s payment credentials are encrypted and tokenized by IYZICO to help ensure that unauthorized parties do not gain access to sensitive payment information.

All transactions are processed through a secure website and all data transactions are encrypted. Any personal information you enter (like you name, address, credit card number, etc.) will be used only for the particular one-time transaction and will not be saved on our system or shared for any other purpose.

Your online bill payment will appear on your credit card statement under the name of your utility.

The return process is managed in accordance with the conditions specified on the Returns and Warranty page.
